| Purpose: Using the method of invigorating spleen and removing blood stasis as the treatment principle,Clinical Observation of Decoction of Liujunzi Ingredients in Treating Non small cell lung cancer cough(Spleen-deficiency and phlegm-turbid stagnation)and selected to observe the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment,and to discuss the use of Chinese medicine decoction Liujunzi the effect of clinical symptoms of patients with non-small cell lung cancer cough(Spleen-deficiency and phlegm-turbid stagnation),will explore new ideas and shortcuts for treating non-small cell lung cancer cough and lung cancer patients to improve the quality of life and prolong survival.Method: 72 cases were selected in this study mainly from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Chinese medicine and the second hospital of jilindaxue traditional Chinese medicine clinic.,According to the random grouping method,72 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The 36 patients in the treatment group were given six Junzi Decoction the traditional Chinese medicine orally.The control group was given Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules,the treatment course was10 days.By observing the improvement of the symptoms,the statistical software was analyzed and the curative effect was evaluated.Result: There was no significant difference in the gender,age and course of treatment between the two groups before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate after treatment was 88.89% in the treatment group and 77.78% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control groupConclusion: The therapeutic effect of strengthening the spleen and eliminating phlegm in the treatment of coughing of non small cell lung cancer(spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type)is reliable... |
