Study On The Multiple Factors Of Axillary Lymph Node Metastases In Patients With Early Breast Cancer

Background and Object i ve: To investigate the factors related with axillary Lymph node metastases from Early breast cancer and to provide scientific basis for deciding conditions of breast cancer patients and giving auxiliary treatments after radical mastectomy. Method: 138 breast cancer patients were collected to set up the database, single and multi-factors logistic regression and then correlation analysis were used to evaluate the factors concerned. Results: Single-factor logistic regression analysis showed that 6 factors including diameterof primary tumor, location of tumor, HER2,CA15-3,pathological structure,ER entered the logistic equation.Multi-factors logistic regression analysis showed mat only 4 factors including diameter of primary tumor, location of tumor, HER2,CA15-3 entered the logistic equation,and pathological structure,ER can not entered the logistic equation. Cone I us i ons: Diameter of primary tumor, Location of tumor, HER2,CA15-3 were the risk factors of axillary Lymph node metastases.
