Background and Objective: To investigate the factors related with axillary Lymph node metastases from nonspecific invasive breast carcinoma and to provide scientific basis for deciding conditions of breast cancer patients and giving auxiliary treatments after radical mastectomy. Method: 108 nonspecific invasive breast carcinoma patients were collected to set up the database, multi-factors logistic regression and then correlation analysis were used to evaluate the factors concerned. Results: Multi-factors logistic regression analysis showed the only 2 factors including diameter of primary tumor, amenorrhea enter the logistic equation, and location of tumor, ER,PR, growth velocity of tumor can not entered the logistic equation. Conclusions: Diameter of primary tumor, was the risk factors of axillary lymph node metastases. Amenorrhea was the conservancy factors of axillary lymph node metastases.
