The Study Of In Vitro And Vivo Inbibition Effect Of Five Natural Chinese Medicine

Aims:Via the experiments of In Vitro and Vivo Inhibition Effect of five Natural Chinese Medicines,garlic,Houttuynia cordata Thunb,Evodiae Fructus,PuEr tea, Mint,to find out the best combination of anti-H.pylori,to establish the base of theoretics and experimentation for exploitation and clinic use of Natural Chinese Medicine.Methods: 1 Adopting the agar dilute drug agile standard we get the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of five Natural Chinese Medicine;2 Matching and Assembling the filtered Natural Chinese Medicine,and through the test of In Vitro Inhibition to H. pylori,we can get the the best combination of anti-H.pylori;3 The animal model is established by the Yunnan H.pylori strain on the BABL/c mice.4 We treated BABL/c mice infected H.pylori with the filtered Natural Chinese Medicine and the best combination,and observed the result and the untoward reaction.Results: 1 The MIC of five Natural Chinese Medicines respectively is:novelty singular garlic juice in Kunming,0.39mg/ml;water extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb,0.25g/ml;water extract of Evodiae Fructus, 0.5g/ml; 100% H.pylori strains are inhibited when the concentrations are those all above amentioned. There is light inhibited effect on the H.pylori strains when the concentration of water extract of Puer tea is 1.0g/ml; water extract of Mint has no effect on the H.pylori strains. 2 The MIC of the best combination is:garlic juice 0.20g/ml:water extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb 0.125 g/ml:water extract of Evodiae Fructus 0.5g/ml=1: 1: l,and mixed completely. The sequence of the drug of the combination is garlic juice(86.663)- water extract of Evodiae Fructus(30.84)- water extract of Houttuyniacordata Thunb(24.454).3 B ABL/c mice were inoculated orally through a feeding tube with one isolate of H.pylori carrying cagA genes and vacA genes for four weeks.the infection rate of infection group is 100%. No H.pylori were found in normal control group (P<0.01). 4 Giving the cessation of treatment to the mice with garlic juice (0.78mg/ml)> water extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb (0.5g/ml), water extract of Evodiae Fructus(1.0g/ml) and the combination of the three Natural Chinese Medicines,The eradication rate of H.pylori in those groups were 60% (18/30) ,46.67% (14/30), 40% (12/30) 83.33% (25/30) We have got satisfying results,and not found adverse effects.In pathological control group the clearance rate of H.pylori is 0% (0/30) ,and the clearance rate of the normal control group is 0% (0/30) .There was significant difference in the effects of treating H. Pylori between the treated group and the pathological control group, the normal control group (P<0.05)Conclusions: 1 In vitro experiment we have drawn a conclusion that novelty singular garlic juice in Kunming,water extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb and water extract of Evodiae Fructus have a better inhibited effects on anti-H.pylori.Puer tea and water extract of Mint had a general effect. The MIC of the best combination is:garlic juice 0.20g/ml:water extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb 0.125 g/ml: 0.5g/ml=1: 1: l,and mixed completely.The sequence of the drug of the combination is garlic juice(86.663)- water extract of Evodiae Fructus(30.84)- water extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb(24.454).2s In vivo experiment,it is suggested that the H. Pylori infected mice can be treated by garlic juice, water extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb, water extract of Evodiae Fructus and the combination of the three Natural Chinese Medicines, the eradication of these drugs are separately 60.00%, 46.67%, 40.00% and 83.33%, There is significant difference between the effect of the combination and the single medicine(P<0.05).3 In vitro and vivo experiment, is suggested that the H. Pylori infected mice can be well treated by garlic juice, water extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb, water extract of Evodiae Fructus and the combination of the three Natural Chinese Medicines.Theeffect of the combination of the three Natural Chinese Medicines on H.
