| In this paper, the effects of Compand-Lutin on the hyperlipidemia, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and vasomotion in rats were examined. The rats were fed on the fat enriched diet for 4 weeks to form hyperlipidemia models. Compand-Lutin were given for 4 weeks to observe the effects on hyperlipidemia. The results indicated that the Command-Lutin could decrease TC and LDL elevated by fat enriched diet .The myocardial ischemia-reperfusion models were prepared by ligating and relaxing the left anterior descending coronary arteries (LAD). The changes of cardiac hemodynamic parameters and two biochemical indexes, the myocardial infarct size were also measured. It was shown that the cardiac function was impaired in ischemiac-reperfusion group with the decrease of LVSP and ±dp/dtmax, CK activity in blood serum and MDA content in myocardium was increased markedly and myocardial infarct size was spreaded. Compand-Lutin suppressed the elevation of MDA in myocardium and CK content in serum and reduced the infarct size. Isolated rat aortic ring was used to observe the vasomotor activity. Compand-Lutin showed a significantly vasodilative effect on aortic ring with a long latent period. These results suggested compand-Lutin could decrease the hyperlipidemia and protect the myocardium from the ischemic-reperfusion injury and produce vasodilation. |
