Objective: To investigate the FasL protein in carcinoma of ballgladder and the relationship between TILs apoptosis and malignant grade of carcinoma of ball gladder. Methods: Expression of the FasL protein was determined byutilizing S-ABC immunohistochemical staining, also to the TILs, and apoptosis cells were labeled by TUNEL technique for 39 carcinoma of ball gladder specimens. Results: Expression rates of FasL were 100%. Expression intensitiesof the FasL were also negatively associated with malignant grade of carcinoma of ball gladder (r=-0.427). Apoptosis index was 32.82?.63, which were positively related to malignant grade of carcinoma of ball gladder (F=27.0362).Conclusion: Expression of FasL was found in all of carcinoma ofball gladder, and expression intensities was decreased significantly with increase of malignant grade of carcinoma of ball gladder. Apoptosis index was 32.82?.63 and also enhanced with increase of the malignant grade of carcinoma of ball gladder.
