The Clinical And Experimental Study On The Impact Of Male Patient With Recurrent Genital Herpes' Neuopeptides And Semen Quality With Huang Bai Ye

Objective To investigate the relation between antiviral therapy with HuangBaiYe( HBY) invented by my tutor which proved to be effective to the primary and recurrent genital herpes clinically and inhibit herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV- II) in vitro in prospective study with the life quality of the male patient suffered with recurrent genital herpes.Methods In the study we analyzed the quality of life of 78 male-patients with RGH by Recurrent Genital Herpes Quality of Life Qu estionnaire (RGHQoL), and observed the neuropeptides and semen's changes between treatment group and control group by immunohisto chemistry and radio immunity.Results Huang Bai Ye seems better than famcilovir in improving life quality of male-patients with RGH. Secondly, Huang Bai Ye decreases significantly neuropeptide substance P (SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in blood from male-patients with RGH, and , it is more better in first course(P<0.01) but isn't significantly in second course(P>0.05). Thirdly, Huang Bai Ye could obviously decreases semen viscosity and osmotic pressure (OP), Zn and Cu's quantity in semen from the patients, moreover product increases.Condusion Huang Bai Ye has good effect on patients with RGH and complicated male sterility. It probably increases product index by decreasing stress.
