Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ganjingfengre Of HSK With TuiYiFuMingWan(退翳复明丸)

OBJECTIVE: to access the clinical efficency of TUIYIFUMINGWAN in the treatment of ganjingfengre of Herpes Simplex Keratitis (HSK).METHODS: with the method about the machine arithmetic figure form, the qualified patient was divided into the tested group ( A group) and the control group ( B group). The tested group ( A group) was given TuiYIFUMINGWAN and 0.1% eyedrop Acvloguanosini; The control group( B group)was given the instillation of Acvloguanosini and 0.1% eyedrop Acvloguanosini; the mgluvitis was given 1% atropine Oculentum. Then Observe the Vision and the pathological changes of the cornea were observed by light microscopy and camera.RESULTS: after the treatment of two weeks, the Vision of the tested group were better and have the significant difference (t=2.28,P<0.05); the Vision of the control group were promoted and have the significant difference ( t=2.14,P<0.05). but the tested group at the total and valid rate with treatment in front and back obviously better than control group in the contrast of Vision; Cornea pathological changes of the two groups in statistics have no significant difference.CONCLUSION: TUIYIFUMINGWAN was markedly efficient in the treatment of HSK of ganjingfengre. Compared with acyloguanosmi, TUIYIFUMINGWAN was markedly efficient in the treatment of HSK of ganjingfengre .which can Increase the body immunity function and accelerate to fade away cornea film at the same time in the earlier period .
