| With the development global informalization and internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), the study of the numeralization and standardization of TCM is deepening increasingly. Clinical and academic research of TCM has an ever-growing demand for modern technology of computer and transducer . The externalization of diagnosis in TCM has become a crucial task for the development and improvement of TCM. Therefore it is necessary to introduce modern scientific technology to the externalization of diagnosis and treatment in TCM. Basing on the theory of TCM and biomedical engineering by using modern computer technology, We develop the system of diagnosis and treatment for Cardiovascular and cerebravascular diseases. This software is developed on the platform of 32 Windows operate system by adopting Microsoft Visual C++6.0 and MicrosoftAccess. This system consists of three parts which are hardware, software, and database . This system achieves the objective input of the information of the inspection of tongue and pulse primarily, And also we use neural network of computer to diagnose syndromes automatically. Patients can verify the diagnosis by themselves. This system can be operated simply and grasped easily. Its user interface is friendly. We carry on simultaneous test of "system diagnosis" and "artificial diagnosis" on 100 patients who have been diagnosed as Cardiovascular and cerebravascular diseases.The results show that the "system diagnosis" measures up to the "artificial diagnosis" by 90.0%This system achieves the objective diagnosis and treatment of TCM for Cardiovascular and cerebravascular diseases. It breaks a new path for the further study of the objective inspection of tongue and pulse of TCM and the dialectical diagnosis and treatment of neural network . |
