Prospective Cohort Study In Medical Prevention And Treatment Of Colorectal Cancer Metastasis And Recurrence And Colorectal Cancer, The Tongue

The article includes two parts:I .Clinical Study on The Chinese Medicion to Protecting Relapse and Metastasis of Postoperative Colorectal CancerObjective:To study the clinical importance of The Chinese Medicion used insolidified therapy of Colorectal Cancer after radical resection. Method:prospective cohort study was applied to the trial ,84 cases in clinc of Xiyuan Hospital was selected to compare with 78 cases in western medicine hodpital in the same time .The rate of relapse-metastasis and disease free survival for two groups were observed.9 possible factors influencing disease free survival were selected to analyze with COX Regression model. Results: 1-year,2-year and 3-year relapse-metastasis rate of teat group are 0,4.08% and 20% respectively ,those are 5.13%,22.9% and 36.1% in control group. 1-year,2-year and 3-year disease free survival rate of teat group are 100%,95.92% and 80%, those are 94.87%,77.1% and 65.9%. The results of multivariate analysis indicated that the main prognostic factors were lymph nodes metastasis and therapy treatment. Conclusion:The Chinese Medicion used in postoperative colorectal cancer could protect relapse and metastasis. They will have advantage for postoperative colorectal cancer.II .The Study on The Regular of Quantitative Changes of Colorectal Cancer's Tongue PictureObjective:We explore the regular of quantitative changes of colorectal cancer' stongue picture. Method:We used "the system of tongue inspection ofTCM(traditional Chinese Medicine)" .Tongue pictures were incepted by digital camera. The pictures were imported to computer. We used the RGB (redness,greenness,blueness) model to established the database of tongue inspection. Results: Clinic observation on nature of tongue in 69 colorectal cancer patients showed that: 1) there was difference in tongue proper between each group. In the syndrome of insufficiency of spleen, R values were the highest ,G and B values were lower ,R/G and R/B values were the highest (P<0.05). In the syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Blood , R values were the lowest, G and B values were highest, R/G and R/B values were the lowest(P<0.05).2) there was difference in tongue proper between different periods. In group of later period, R values were higher than the other group, G and B values were lower,but R/B values were significant higher (P<0.01).3)In group of chemotherapy patiens,G values were higher than the non-chemotherapy patients (P<0.05).The RGB values of tongue fur of chemotherapy patients were all lower,and R/G values were lower(P<0.05).4) In group of premortal patients ,G values were lower, B values were lower(P<0.05), R/G values were higher, R/B values were significant higher (P<0.01). G and B values of tongue fur of the premortal patients were lower,but R/G and R/B values were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion:We has made elementary achievement in objectifying study on colorectal cancer' s tongue inspection of TCM with the usage of "the system of tongue inspection of TCM" and the RGB model .Following the rapid development of computer technology,more contribution will be made for objectification of diagnosis of the cancer's tongue inspection of TCM.
