| Recently, with the financial institutions' involvement and the occurrence of various profit-making hospitals, the competition of healthcare marketing is becoming even fiercer. Since the transformation of traditional view to new conception of patient-centered health-providing system and publication of "The regulation of malpractice disposal" ,as well as the practice of medical situation innovation,the ongoing healthcare reform is moving forward, which aiming directly at improving the quality of medical service, proposing fair competition, consummating incentive mechanism, reinforcement our medical peculiarit, and the mechanism of attending in charge comes into being because of demand. This mechanism can be helpful for increasing the competence and sustained development of a hospital.Through literature collection, observation on spot and statistical analysis, we obtain current status and policy basis of attending in charge mechanism, then make an observation in ten clinical departments of an all-round hospital(ChangHai Hospital) on the effect of the attending in charge mechanism's tentative program. Finally, we compare and analsize the result with that of overall job responsibility system,so as to identify the improvement of medical quality management and the rational evaluation of attending in charge mechanism. In addition, we assess the impact on the manpower management and job achievement of this hospital.The result shows the mechanism of attending in charge has significantly beneficial effect on proposing fair competition, consummating incentive mechanism, improving working efficiency and reinforcing doctor's responsibility, but what shall be considered is the practice shall be properly adjusted according to the individual situation of hospital. |
