Object: with the development of photoelectron and computer technology, medicine dissolution test begin to develop toward automation detection direction. But it causes difficulty in online course analysis because the compound composition each other disturbing determination in dissolution testing solution, how to eliminate disturbance becomes the one direction of the analytic chemical research. Compound medicine preparation dissolution test usually adopt timing sampling method, such as HPLC, which split every composition from analytical solution. It can not not only meet the demand of online analysis , but sampling speed and location of sampling place increase experiment error possibly. This program explore establishing mathematics spliting model and compile the computer special software, at the same time, combining the fiber optical chemical course sensing instrument, can realize course analysis of the compound medicine dissolution. Method: This research uses object oriented programming tool Visual Basic6.0 and Matlab6. 5 compile correspondingly computer control program with modular design, according to different analysis system , establishes mathematics analysis model of k-ratio spectrophotometry, equation group new solution and artificial neural network So FOCSDT have surveied the 4 compound medicine dissolution. Result: With FOCSDT two wavelength method,This paper have proceedingonline monitored dissolution of compound captopril tablets, regression equation is: Y = 249. 16 x + 1. 5930( n = 6, R2 = 0.9994), recoveries 99.4~99.8%, RSD1.7~1.8%. dissolution mensuration result of 6 pieces is compared with pharmacopeia method mensuration result without significance differences (P>0.05), also average accumulating dissolution curve does not have significance differences (P>0.05). Through the FOCSDT K-Ratio method have monitored dissolution of 6 pieces of compound amiloride hydrochloride tablets, FOCSDT and pharmacopeia mensuration result do not have significance differences (P> 0.05), also average accumulating dissolution curve does not have significance difference (P>0.05), the dissolution parameter also does not have significance differences (P>0.05). Through the FOCSDT new equation group solution have monitored dissolution of compound chlorzoxazone tablets. At the same time, through FOCSDT artificial nerve network method have monitored dissolution of metronidazole and vitamin B6 tablets. This program have realized the processing analysis of dissolution of 4 kinds of compound medicine.Conclusion: With the help of mathematics splitting means, fibre optic chemical sensing technical can realize online monitoring compound preparation dissolution,the method is practical and feasible .which has potential in the aspect of compound composition quantitative analysis.
