To Investigate The Clinical Value Of Serum CYFRA21-1,CA125 And CA72-4 In Esophageal Cancer

Objectives: To investigate the clinical value of the serum concentratal levels of Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125), carbohydrate Antigen 72-4 (CA72-4), Cytokeratin-19-fragments (CYFRA21-1) in patients with esophageal patients. Methods CA125 and CA72-4 and CYFRA21-1were measured by immuno-radioasseey. 79 healthy controls and 320 esophageal patients were detected. Results: 1) When the cut-off is 1.8ng/ml, the clinical significant is better than other cut-off. The levels of CYFRA21-1 and CA-72-4 and CA125 in esophageal patients significant higher than healthy cantrols (P<0.01). The positive rate of CYFRA21-1, CA72-4 and CA125 in esophageal patients is respectally 49.16%, 30.89%. 13.81%. The positive rate of combination of CYFRA21-1 and CA72-4 is 65%,That of combination of CYFRA21-1 and CA125 is 47.56%,That of combination of CA125 and CA72-4 is 31.00%. 2)The concentrate lever of non-optrations is higher than the operations, which has the statistical significant. 3)CYFRA21-1, CA72-4 and CA125 is increasing with the period stage, with histology stage. The concentrate lever of CYFRA21-1 has the statistical significant between 0 period and IIbperiod, III period, IV period(P<0.01), I period and IV period (P<0.05), CA125 has the statistical significant between 0 period and IV period(P < 0.01). 4)The concentrate lever of CYFRA21-1 and CA125 has the statistical significant between the preoperations and the postoperations. Conclusions: l)Whenthe best cut-off of CYFRA21-1 is 1.8ng/ml, The postive rate of CYFRA21-1 is the best, and CA72-4 is better,CA125 is good.The best combination is CYFRA21-1 and CA72-4. 2) The concentrate lever of can identical the early stage and latter stage 3)It has statistica significant monitor through the concentrate lever of CYFRA21-1 and CA125 between the preoperation and postoperation in esophageal patients.
