In the long term of spaceflight, bone loss will be happens on the human's bone system. The bone mineral content of the bearing skeletal will be decrease greatly in the course of spaceflight. It is an important task in the biomedical engineering and aerospace medical engineering to prevent bone loss. The purpose of this thesis is to build the animal model of bone loss in weightlessness condition and to discuss the electrical stimulation result in the bone loss problem of spaceflight.We introduce the design and realization of the electrical stimulator in use of animal experiments, the build of weightlessness model, the design and realization of the animal experiments.We particularly introduce the development situation of bone loss research in the world, the principle of electrical stimulation, the system design of electrical stimulator, the hardware and software design of electrical stimulator, the debugging and evaluation of electrical stimulator, the experiment design of the electrical stimulate to the hanged rat, etc. At the same time, we introduce the parameter of the electrical stimulator and the stimulate waveform, the rat experiment data and analysis.We designed and developed the electrical stimulator by ourselves. The stimulator's performance in the experiment was very good. We have also groped many key steps in the hanged rat stimulate experiment.
