Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and cyclinDi in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and explore the relationship between such expression and clinicopathological features of NSCLC, as well as their roles in generation and progress of NSCLC. Methods Adopt immunohistochemical SP and TdT-mediated X-dUTP nick labeling(TUNEL) methods in 80 NSCLC specimens with neighboring noncancerous tissue and normal lung tissue to detect survivin and cyclinDi expression and apoptosis.Results The expression of survivin and cyclinDi showed significant differences (P<0.01) between cancer tissue, neighboring noncancerous tissue, and normal tissue.
