BackgroundHepatic carcinoma(HCC) is a common disease of the malignant tumors, incidence of it placed the fifth on a global scale, and the mortality was the forth. In china, the indicence of this disease in males is the third just as it in females is the fifth in urban inhalitants, and so of it is the third in both of males and females in country dweller, the number of death is about 100 thousand each year. The recurrence afterhepatectomy in short-term became a critical factor influencing its prognosis ,at present, focal point was centered around it by many scientists. But the academic circles had no full study on it.Exploring its mechanism, biological character,we could master the rule that how it to recur,to improve the diagnostic technique,to better curative effect and prolong survival time.p53 and PCNA have close connection with the factors of recurrence, investigate this topic may have some profit to instruct clinical strategy. Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of the expression of P53 and PCNA of small hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence in early-stage( ≤6month) after Radical hepatotomy. MethodsThe expression of P53 and PCNA in spicemen of Small Hepatocarcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical techniques. The 38 specimens were obtained from the patients with small hepatic cell cancer who underwent radical hepatotomy in recent years. ResultsThe difference for the expression of P53 was not found in those two groups(z= -1.519,P>0.05).But the significant correlation was confirmed between the two groups for expression of PCNA. (z =3.783,P<0.05)...
