ObjectiveTo appraise clinical value of three kinds of lymph node staging methods.MethodsGastric cancer cases of postoperation with integrated clinical data of oncology department of the first affiliated China Medical University were used to analyze 5 - year survival rates and to compare different lymph node staging methods of different pathological stages of gastric cancer. Analyze the relationship between three kinds of regional lymph node metastasis ( pN) staging and prognosis and biological behavior in order to appraise its application and clinical value.ResultThere was a highly significant difference in survival in different pN staging of TNM classification in 4th edition and 5th edition ( p <0. 01) . There was also a highly significant difference in survival in different pN staging of 13 th edition GRGCS classification ( p <0. 05 ). There was a highly significant difference in survival in pN staging of different depth of cancer invasion of 5th edition TNM classification. Survival curve showed in 5th edition TNM classification, the higher of pN staging, the lower of survival rate and there was a highly significant difference in different groups ( p <0. 01).Interior layer comparison of three kinds of pN staging showed there was no significant difference in survival in different layers of the pN staging of 5 th edi-...
