In constipate group, 64. 7% patients are serious. It' s higher than group without constipation(P<0. 05). The rate of totle efficiency in treated group are higher than that in controlled group (P<0.05). In 17 cases of constipation, The rate of fully recovery, part-recovery and totle efficiency in treated group are higher than those in controlled group(P<0. 05). And there is conspicuous diversity between treated group and controlled group in coughing and panting. After a week the fraction of treated group decreased more than that in controlled group(P<0. 05).Conclusion: Because of there is liability of constipation on pulmonary infection suffers, there is evid influence of promoting bowel movement in reablement of pulmonary infection to patients. The results indicate that we can increase effect in treatment of wind-heat pathogen or accumulation of phlegm and heat in the lung suffer by promoting bowel movement on the basic of treatment with syndrome differentiation.
