Object: To observe the clinical effect on Phlegm-heat Stagnating in The lung types ofChildren’s Mycoplasma Pneumonia With the method of hotblock, expectorant andactivating blood stasis and promoting bowel movement.Method: 70 children are divided into 3 group by the different methods of treatment,Observing group 30 cases: treated by the method of hotblock, expectorant andactivating blood stasis and promoting bowel movement; Control A group 20 cases:treated by the method of hotblock, expectorant; Control B group 20 cases: treatedby the method of hotblock, expectorant and activating blood stasis. Observing thepatient’s syndrome comparing with control group.Result: The totle curative effection is analyzed between the treatment group and the controlgroup, P<0.05,the curative effection in the treatment group outstrip the controlgroup.Observing group was prior to Control B group and better to Control A groupin improving some main symptoms, such as dispeling phlegm, the promotionrespiratory murmur changes for the better, the promotion lungs inflammationabsorbs and so on. While, Observing group was best in pyretolysis, relieves acough and promoting bowel movement. Conclusion: The method of hotblock, expectorant and activating blood stasis, promotingbowel movement could obviously treat Phlegm-heat Stagnating in The lung typesof Children’s Mycoplasma Pneumonia and have the important clinical value inpractice.
