Results:in this research, each patient has been given tests on Lumbar 1-4 orthotropia bone densely, L1 bone density (0. 7246 ± 0. 1197);L2 bone density(0.7884 ± 0.1212);L3 bone density (0.8300±0.1187) ;L4 bone density(0.8478±0.1194) ;The total bone density of the lumbar vertebrae is(0.8097 + 0. 1028);T score is(1.942 ± 0.7508) ;Z score is (0.640±0.7083). Thedisease incidence of the senile male osteoporosis is sixty two percent. Inthis survey, quality of life of osteoporosis patients get a total score of(64.436± 16.36).The score of each dimension of quality of life as follows:pain (63.6 ± 31.23), self-care ability(75.5±25.375), domestic work(69.7±38.858), routine activity(70.252±29.541), social intercourse(54.978±27. 737), health value (56. 834±21. 347), mental condition(64±18.159). one-factor analysis of variance shows: the fresh bone facturerow is distinctly inferior to non-bone fracture row in the aspects of the scoresof life quality, domestic work, self-care ability, routine activity , socialintercourse(p<0.05) ; and the mental condition of the row of fracture patienthistory is weaker than that of the other two rows, which makes stastisticalsense(p<0. 05) ;the collage-educated is superior to the primitive-educated inthe aspects of the scores of quality of life. social intercourse, self-careability and mental condition; as to the self-care ability, domestic work,social intercourse and the dimension for physical pain, the row after seventyare better than the row after eighty(p<0.05);but the mental conditionrepresents in a opposite way; the more combined types of illness, the lowerthe score of the life quality gets, and the weaker the mental condition turns;the row of severity osteoporosis has a lower score of domestic work than therow of severity osteoporosis has a lower score of domestic work than the rowof osteoporosis(p<0. 05), and its score of mental condition is also lower thanthe other two(p<0. 05).The spearman analysis shows: the dialectical of traditional Chinese medicine and signs has a direct correspondence with physical pain mental condition(p<0.05);so is the decline of kidney-Yang with mental condition(p<0.05), and the hepatic and renal Yin deficiency with self-care ability, health value and mental condition(p<0.05), and the qi-stagnancy and blood stasis with physical pain and mental condition(p<0.05). Binary logistic analysis shows: the decline of kidney-Yang mainly affects the dimension of mental condition and self-care ability of the patients; the hepatic and renal Yin mainly affects the dimensions of self-care ability, health value and mental condition; the asdthenic splenonephro-Yang mainly efects the dimension ofmental condition; and qi-stagnancy and blood stasis the dimensions of physicalpain and mental condition.Conclusion:1) This research proves: There is a fast-vanishing time to the male after seventy.2) This research proves: The BMD of the decline of kidney-Yang is lower than the other three, and the BMD of back bone of the qi-stagnancy and blood stasis is higher than the others.3) The score of life quality of osteoporosis is relatively low.
