Objective: To explore the application of flow cytometry for the change of multiple immune indexes in peripheral blood of malignant tumor patients and the clinic value of the indexes for the immunotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods: Flow cytometry was employed for determining eight indexes, including T lymphocytes antigen (CD3, 4, 8), B lymphocytes antigen (CD19, 20), NK cell antigen (CD 16+56) and active lymphocytes antigen of 50 malignant tumor patients and 31 healthy persons. Furthermore, the results before and after immunotherapy by Gaojiusheng (a kind of Stathylococcus Aureus Filtrate Pretaration) and Interleuken-2 of 10 patients were compared. Results: Immune function of malignant tumor patients is generally disordered . l.Both the cell immunity and the body fluid immunity are so low that CD3, CD4 positive cell, CD19, CD20 positive cell and CD4/CD8 ratio of tumor patients are much less than those of the control (P < 0.05 or < 0.01).While CD3 positive cells and CD37CD16+56+ cells are far more than those of the control (P < 0.01). 2. The level of active T lymphocytes are greatly high and that of CD3+/CD25+ cells have no obvious difference compared with the contro1.3. For the ten cases who received immunotherapy, CD3+, CD4+ cells and CD4/CD8 ratio, CD3+/HLA-DR+cells are remarkably improved after the course (P<0.01), which have statistic difference compared by that before the course, meanwhile , CD8+, CD37CD16+56+cells are obviously declined (P < 0.01). Conclusion: There are immunodeficiency state of malignant tumor patients that...
