Objective: To explore the mechanism of therapeutical effect of the complex-probiotic-preparation "Gan Sheng Yuan"on treating experimental injury of liver.Method: The 1. The prepared experimental injury of liver mice models were divided two control groups and three treating groups by treating factors, natural recovery group (blank control) . normal saline group (placebo control) , supernatant group, bacteria suspension group and compound preparation group. The comparative observation of the aminopherase,the cytokine, the intestinal flora quantitative analysis and of the groups was performed after treating. Results: 1. The aminopherase: After treating, the value of ALT of the two control groups were higher than compound preparation group (P<0.05) . The value of Total bilirubin could be differentiated. The value of m-AST of supernatant group was lower than that of the control groups (P<0.05) . bacteria suspension group and compound preparation group were much lower than the control groups (P<0.001) . 2. The cytokine: The value of TNF-a of the compound preparation group was much lower than that of the normal saline group (P<0.001) . Supernatant group and bacteria suspension group were lower than the normal saline group (P<0.05) . The value of IFN-y of the compound preparation group was much higher than that of the the normal saline group (P<0.001) . Supernatant group and bacteria suspension group were higher than normal saline group (P<0.05) . The value of IL-4 of the compound preparation group was much lower than that of the normal saline group (P<0.01) . Bacteria suspension group was lower than the normal saline group (P<0.05). 3. The quantitative analysis of intestinal flora: The number of enterobacterium and enterococcus of the supernatant group was much lower (P<0.001) than than that of the normal saline group, Fusobacterium was lower (P<0.05) ,Bifdobacterium was higher than that of the normal saline group; the number of enterobacterium and enterococcus of the compound preparation group was lower than that of the normal saline group (P<0.05) , bifdobacterium and lactobacillus were much higher than that of the normal saline group (P<0.001 ) ; the number of enterococcus and enterobacterium of the bacteria suspension group was lower than that of the normal saline group (P<0.05) , fusobacterium was much lower...
