Object To study the significance of MMP2 and ki67 Expression in endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adennocarcinomaMethods The expression of MMP2 and ki67 proteins was detected by immumohistochemical staining S-P method in cases of endometrial hyperplasia and cases of endometrial adennocarcinomaResults In endometrial proliferation , simple hyperplasia. complex hyperplasia. atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adennocarcinomaN the positive expression rates of MMP2 werelO %(2/20) . 13.3%(4/30) . 33.3%(10/30) . 70%(21/30) . 82.5%(66/80). ;while those of ki67 were 20% (4/20). 26.7% (8/30 ). 46.7% (14/30). 63.3% (19/30 ). 75% (60/80 ). The expression rates of endometrial adennocarcinoma were all significantly higher than those in endometrial proliferation . simple hyperplasia. complex hyperplasia (P<0.01). There was no difference in expression rates of MMP2 and ki67 in atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adennocarcinoma(P>0.05). (2) The expression rates of MMP2 and ki67 in adennocarcinoma with histoiogical G2 were 50 %(12/24). 41.7 %(10/24) , . those in adennocarcinoma with histoiogical G3 were 42.9 %(6/14). 28.6 %(4/14). The expression rates in adennocarcinoma with histoiogical G2 and G3 were all higher than those in adennocarcinoma with histoiogical G1. (P<0.05). (3) The expression rates of MMP2 in group invading musculars were higher than those in group no- invading musculars (P<0.05).There was no difference in expression rates of KI67 in group invading musculars and in group no- invading musculars (P>0.05). (4) The expression rates of MMP2 in group with lymph metastasis node was 100%(4/4); .those in group without lymph metastasis node was 27.6%(21/76) .The expression rates of MMP2 in group with lymph metastasis node was higher than those in group without lymph metastasis node (P<0.05). The expression rates of KI67 in group with lymph metastasis node was 50%(2/4); .those in group without lymph metastasis node was 23.7%(18/76).
