A Study On Therapeutic Effect Of Human Albumin In SAH.

Object: To explore whether the application of human albumin afteraneurism operation could influence therapeutic effect in SAH and improveprognosis. Method: All patients with aneurismal SAH who were admitted to theauthors'institution between April 2004 and Dec. 2004 were studied.Human albumin 50ml everyday, and NS 500ml everyday. After 10 days, alldata were analyzed include vasospasm, pneumonia, GCS , the days inhospital, death in hospital, the rate of 3-month recovery, the result use t-testchi-square analysis. Result: 60 SAH patients were divided to two groups freedom. Everygroup contains 30 SAH patients. Group 1: patients were received humanalbumin (Albumin group); Group 2: patients were not received humanalbumin (Non-albumin group). Albumin group patients' clinical effect isbetter than the patients of Non-albumin group. There into, vasospasm(40%/80%), pneumonia(10%/40%), GCS<8(0%/20%),Albumin group's complication is less than that of the Non-albumin group's. The rate of3-months recovery(96.7%/83.3%),the rate of Albumin group is higher thanthat of the Non-albumin group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Application of human albumin after aneurism operationcould improve prognosis in SAH and enhance its therapeutic effect throughalleviation of vasospasm pneumonia GCS, etc.
