Objectives: To investigate the contents change of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP), microalbuminuria(MA) and hemoglobin(HB) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF) and their correlation.Methods: Examine the contents of BNP with the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay. Examine the MA with the method of nephelometry. And examine the HB with PENTRA60C+ blood cell determinator. Select 68 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure as experimental group according to their clinical symptom and the UCG result of heart function. And select 49 cases of primary hypertension patients with normal heart function as control group. Determine and analyse their serum content of BNP, MA and HB. Rrsaults: The contents of serum BNP and MA in experimental group exceed those in control group(P<0.001), and serum HB do the opposite(P<0.001).
