| Objective: To investigate the clinical character in diagnosis and treatment of sternal tumors and discuss the method and the clinical effect of Ti Mesh for the reconstruction of the chest wall. Methods: Two patients with sternal tumors treated by resection and reconstructed with Ti mesh for the chest wall. Results: Two cases were healed by first intention; the results of follow-up were satisfactory and no implant material exposed and moved.
