Prospective Research Of The Principle Of Differential Diagnosis Of Disease And Syndrome And Treatment Program Of Tubal Pregnancy

Objective: to carry out prospective differential diagnosis of disease by stages, differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome, and calculate the total integral of afectoi of pathogenetic condition on those tubal pregnancy patients and then subgroup them to treat, then observe each group's therapeutic efficacy. Approach the law of TP treatment and verificate whether the differential diagnosis of disease by stages , differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome and its program of treatment have achieved an optimal therapeutic effect by analyzing the relationship between effects and staging ,grouping, integral.Methods: adopt prospective research design proposal ,on the basis of the laying law of differential diagnosis of disease and syndrome differentiation in the prophase 718 retrospective study ,to make a prospective study of TP patients on the above-mentioned method, and observe the therapeutic efficacy of each group and each pattern of syndrome ,analyze the curative effect and the relationship of the laying law of differential diagnosis of disease and differentiation of symptoms and signs ,so that we could study and authenticate the law of differential diagnosis of disease and syndrome of TP and the treatment program formulated according to this principle.Results: 1. Nulli-breakage stage: ①Fetus-collateral-blockage pattern: When integral ≤8 point, HCG<1000IU/L, adopt mono-traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Effective power is 88.9%; When HCG≥1000IU/L or the TP maximum lump >5CM or the integral=9-10 point, combination of TCM with Western is a better choice, the effective power is 90%. If integral ≥ 11 point, choose operative method. ②Fetus-stagnation pattern: no matter how much the integral is, adopt mono-traditional Chinese medicine treatment and the effective power is 100%.2. Already-breakage stage: ①Collapse of both qi and blood pattern: no matter how much the integral is, operation is necessary. ②Vitality-deficiency and blood stasis type: integral ≤9point, if HCG<1000IU/L, the effective power is 90.9% with Chinese herbs treatment.
