| Objective: Adopt clinical method to investigate the method of regulating blood circulation to relieve blood stagnation in treating IgA nephropathy with hematuria and(or) albuminuria. In order to validate the validity of "hemorrhage must have blood stagnation" , and to evaluate it' s curative effect. To offer a clinical evidence for this method in treating IgA nephropathy.Method: To investigate 40 patients with IgA nephropathy diagnosed by renal puncture. All of them were treated with fushen formula, adding some Chinese herbs with the effect of regulating blood circulation to relieve blood stagnation, such as Cat-Tail Pollen and Rubia Root. And adding some other Chinese herbs based on their symptoms. The period of treatment is 3 months. Compare the change of hematuria, albuminuria and symptoms before and after treatment.Results: All the patients we were looking into had blood stagnation. After 3 months' treatment, the hematuria and albuminuria were clearly come down or even disappeared, and the patients' symptoms were clearly improved. Furthermore, this method can protect the function of kidney and stave IgA nephropathy patient' s deterioration.Conclusion: All the patients with IgA nephropathy must have blood stagnation. The method of regulating blood circulation to relieve blood stagnation is a very useful method of treating IgA nephropathy. The result show us the theory of "hemorrhage must have blood stagnation" is right. So, we should add some Chinese herbs with the effect of regulating blood circulation to relieve blood stagnation in treating IgA nephropathy. |
