The Clinical Observation Of The Qi And Blood Circulation Method For Treating The Qi Stagnation Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Ischemic Apoplexy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Qi and blood circulation method on the patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of ischemic apoplexy.Methods:In the clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine selected 60 cases in line with the conditions of patients with ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases, treatment group using the method of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Decoction in the treatment, control group using cerebral blood Kang tablets in the treatment, treatment for two months were observed before treatment and after treatment of TCM symptoms of two groups of patients learn integral, neurological deficit score (NIHSS), activities of daily living (ADL).Results:1. Comparison of two groups of patients with TCM syndrome: two groups of patients in the treatment of TCM syndrome integral calculus by statistical analysis of processing and display no significant difference (P> 0.05), after treatment and before treatment compared with significant difference (P<0.05), after treatment in the two groups comparison (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than control group.2. Two groups of patients with neurological deficit score (NIHSS):two groups of patients treatment of neural function deficit score display no significant difference (P>0.05), after treatment and before treatment compared with significant difference (P<0.05), after treatment in the two groups comparison (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than that of the control group by statistical analysis.3. Two groups of patients ability of activities of daily living (ADL):two groups of patients before ability of activities of daily living score by statistical analysis processing and display no significant difference (P> 0.05), after treatment and before treatment compared with significant difference (P<0.05), after treatment in the two groups comparison (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than control group.4. Two groups of patients with adverse reactions and side effects: two groups of patients during clinical observation treatment no obvious side effects and adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:1.The effect of Qingnao decoction can improve TCM syndrome in patients with ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.2.The effect of Qingnao decoction can improve neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.3.The effect of Qingnao decoction can improve the ischemic stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis activities of daily living.
