Pilot Study On Shaping Rule And Correlated Factors Of TCM Syndromes In Psychology Stress Public

Objective To find out etiology and pathogenesis of TCM in psychological stress public from social and psychological areas, draw a conclusion that preliminarily distributing rule of TCM types of its syndrome and reactive state and the correlation factors.Methods Use the methods of epidemiology, psychology measuring scale, self-made schedule of information acquisition of TCM four physical examinations. 2156 effective cases were filtrated from 2870 questionnaires. Data were analyzed with statistical method.Results1.The distribution of TCM syndrome in 2156 psychological-stressed people as following:(1) 1309 Cases have TCM syndrome (account for 60.7%), while the other 847 cases have not (account for 39.3%).(2)18 different types of TCM syndrome were presented in cases of psychology stress, which is repeated in most cases. According to constituent ratio, the anterior five syndrome is : syndrome stagnation of liver-QI (1060 person-time,49%) , syndrome hepatic-QI attacking spleen (457 person-time,21%) , syndrome guts deficiency of QI (427 person-time ,20%) , syndrome stomach disorder due to liver-QI (414 person-time, 19%) , syndrome deficiency of both heart and spleen (298 person-time, 14%) .(3) The group of syndrome of stagnation of liver-QI were analyzed, the results were besides of syndrome stagnation of liver-QI, concurrently other syndromes. According to constituent ratio, the anterior five syndrome is : syndrome hepatic-QI attacking spleen (42.4%) ,syndrome stomach disorder due to liver-QI (37.7%) , syndrome guts deficiency of QI (34.9%) , syndrome deficiency of both heart and spleen (25.1%) . syndrome pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI (23.1%) .(4) Simple TCM syndrome was selected, they were syndrome stagnation of liver-QI (205 person-time), syndrome stomach disorder due to liver-QI (55 person-time), syndrome hepatic-QI attacking spleen (74 person-time), syndrome guts deficiency of QI (52person-time).2. We use correlation analysis to analyze 2156 cases in the group of psychological stress about the level of psychological stress reaction, stressor and medium of stress. The results are as follow:(1) The positive rate of life events in the group of stress is obviously higher than well-balance people.(2) Both the total score of SCL-90 and the average of SDS and SAS are higher than norm in Chinese (P<0.01) . Results indicate that the level of mental health in the group of psychology stress are lower than normal people, and emotions of anxiety and depress are common in them.(3) Comparing medium of psychological stress between the group of stress and the civil norm, we found that positive coping style of psychological stress group is much lesser than well-balance people and personal characteristic have difference in two groups(4) The results of Pearson correlation analysis of stressor, the reaction and middle medium of psychological stress indicated that physically and mentally healthy has great affinities with negative life event, personality characteristic, social support and coping styles.3. The compared analysis results of the degree of psychology stress reaction, stressor and middle medium in group of 1309 cases of having TCM syndrome and 847 cases of not having TCM syndrome are as follows.(1) The level of psychological stress in group of having TCM syndrome is much higher than those not having.(2) The compared result of middle medium of psychological stress in two groups show that negative coping styles in group of having TCM syndrome is more obviously than that not having, and the difference of personality characteristic is significant in two groups(P<0.01).(3) Marks of the stressful life events in total stimulation, negative stimulation and events about family and job in group of having TCM syndrome are higher than that not having (P<0.01). The results showed that the intensity of stressor in the group of having TCM syndrome is bigger than that not having.(4) Binary Logistic regression analysis of correlation factor in psychological stress turn up that TCM syndrome in psychology stress public is closely related with negative stressor, the intensity of stressor, personality characteristic and coping styles.4.The correlation factors analysis results of the degree of reaction of psychologcal stress, stressor and middle medium in group of four types of simple TCM syndrome and group of TCM accompanied symptoms and signs as follow.
