Research Of Protection Mechanism Of Xiao-yu-hua-shi Recipe On Renal Injure Caused By ESWL

Objectives: To study the protection mechanism of xiao-yu-huashi recipe on renal injure caused by ESWL and probe the cure rate xiao-yu-huashi recipe on kidney stone. To compare the difference effect on renal injure caused by ESWL between between and simply apply ESWL;To more prove superiority of xiao-yu-huashi recipe on protecting kidney. To probe the cause of curative effect in xiao-yu-huashi recipe is in relation to affect blood ET—1. Methods: According to the random and control principle, select strictly 80 cases on the basis of entrance standard and divide them to two groups including 60 cases treatment groups and 20 cases comparison groups . Both groups are routinely treated by western medicine, in addition, the treatment groups is treated with xiao-yu-huashi recipe, thrice every day, 20ml once. We detected the change of red cell in urine^ cure rate and efficient rate on treatment of kidney stone, the change of blood ET—1. Results:1. After ESWL on the first day the red cell of urine have evidently raised in both treatment groups and comparison groups, p<0. 01. After ESWL on the third day and on the seventh day the red cell of urine raised evidently in comparison groups, p<0. 05. But on the third day and on the seventh day the red cell of urine have evidently reduced in treatment groups comparing with comparison groups, p<0.01.2. In both treatment groups and comparison groups efficiency rate and cure rate have evident difference , p<0.05. It illuminate that treat-ment groups have better effect than comparison groups.3.
