| [Background of the study]Chloasma is a kind of common skin disease with pigmentation on the face. The young girls and the women at middle age more easily suffer from Chloasma. Chloasma is a chronic disease which have a unprogressive course and affect the patients' appearance seriously. The etiological factor and pathogenesis of Chloasma are fairly complicated and no substantial progress had been made up to now since middle period of 19 centuries although the relevant research is extensively. For there' s no ideal treatment means and methods to cure Chloasma, it dost not adapt to the clinical demand. In regard to the the present treatment condition of Chloasma, external treatment is mostly likely to be adopted in mordern medicine' s opinion, which have the certain result, but have the certain poisonous side effect also. Vitamin C and E often be taken orally to cure the disease, lacking of ideal curative effect. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment, which can regulate the function of human body totally, have stable effect and little side effect and is easy for patient to accept, displays the certain advantages and become the ideally valid path that cures Chloasma. Many unit and personal have made a great deal of research work and obtained some results in traditional Chinese therapy for a period of time. The relevant medical essays and reports are also more and more frequent and multifarious.[Objective and meaning]Along with the development of Chloasma research, a great number of relevant essays about traditional Chinese treatment have been published in our nation, but the information of essays is the odds and ends without statisticalprocessing. It is insufficient of bibliometrics analysis research in this domain, and unable to grasp the overall situation and development trend of Chinese traditional treatment from relevant domestic study. So the research of this dissertation for academic degree is to statistically analyze the research essays about traditional Chinese treatment of Chloasma for 15 years in the method of bibliometrics analysis, in order to grasp the overall situation and development trend of traditional Chinese treatment of Chloasma in our nation, provide some way and foundation for future research work on the disease.(Content and method]This research adopts the method of bibliometrics analysis and the means of quantification to statistically analyze the essays about traditional Chinese treatment of Chloasma which were published officially and publicly in our nation from 1990 to September, 2004. It will analyze the annual amount of the essays, the region distribution of the essays, the periodical distribution of the essays, the research style of the essays, traditional Chinese treatment method, pattern of "differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome" , prescription of "differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome" , traditional Chinese drug of"differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome", special prescription, traditional Chinese drug of special prescription to retrospect the progress of traditional Chinese treatment of Chloasma for 15 years, to analyze the present research condition, therapy regulation, and existent problem, and to estimate the trend of traditional Chinese medicine research in the future.[Results and conclusion]The result of the research shows that the amount of essays about traditional Chinese treatment of Chloasma keeps on growing, and the research of the realm is placed in a rather active stage especially after 2000. So we can predict that the domestic research of traditional Chinese treatment on Chloasma will continously go deep and the relevant amount of essays will keep on increasing for a period of time in future. The region distribution of the essays is in condition of obvious imbalance. The main producing area of the essays distributes in the eastern seaside region where the economy is comparatively prosperous and the central region where the scientific researchis comparatively strong. Among these region, the research institution of Jiangsu province is already leading in the domestic research of that aspect, and Jiangsu province gradually become the core region for the domestic research of traditional Chinese treatment of Chloasma. Most of the periodical of the essays is distributed in magazines of TCM. The proportion of comparatively professional magazine such as dermatology magazine and cosmetology magazine is on the low side and need to be increased in future. According to the trial design principle involving contrast, consistency, randomization and repetition, most of the domestic research of traditional Chinese treatment of Chloasma sill reach at low quality level currently, the canonical and scientific value of research design still need the further exaltation.There is plenty of method and way of Chinese traditional treatment of Chloasma. Internal treatment include "determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs" , special or empirical prescription and modern Chinese materia medica preparation. External treatment include the local application and meridian-collateral therapy which play a same important role in traditional Chinese treatment. The research shows that the core of pathogenesis mechanism of Chloasma emphasize particularly liver, spleen, kidney, according to the theory of categorical identification in terms of Internal Organs, and blood stasis always exist in the etiological factor and pathogenesis of Chloasma, according to the theory of categorical identification in terms of "qi and blood" . Therefore, we can not "determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs" without patterns such as stagnation of liver-qi, splenic asthenia, renal deficiency, blood stasis and so on. According to the frequency of use in clinic, for the pattern of stagnation of liver-qi, we cure with prescription including "xiaoyao san" , "bupleurum-shugan san" , "taohong- Decoction of Four Drugs" and herbal drugs including bupleurum root, angelica, paeoniae alba, nutgrass galingale rhizome, hoelen, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, ligustici rhizoma, Carthamus tinctorius, atractylodes macrocephala, cortex moutan, paeoniae radix, Curcuma aromatica, peach seed and so on. For the pattern of splenic asthenia, we cure with prescription including "shenlingbaizhu san" , "Decoction for Invigorating the Spleen" "Decoction of Four Mild Drugs" and herbal drugs including hoelen, atractylodes macrocephala, ginseng, angelica, coicis semen, aurantii nobilis... |
