The Research On Diagnosing And Staging Bladder Tumor Preoperation With 2-DUS And 3-DUS

Objective Using the research of the comparasion of 2-DUS and 3-DUS on diagnosing and staging bladder tumour,we tried to evaluate the clinical value of 3-DUS and 2-DUS on the diagnosis of bladder tumour and it's phase before operation,we also tried to investigate the methods of diagnosing and staging bladder tumour before operation.Material and Methods GE Volvson 730 3-DUS Doppler,3.5-6HZ was used.There were 37 patients who suffered bladder tumour were in this research. Firstly, we use 2-DUS and 3-DUS .In these 37 bladder tumour patient,8 of them had more than one tumour. The number ,locations, surface morphology, neighbourness and phase of tumours were recorded with both 2-DUS and 3-DUS,both of them were compared with the result of pathology and operation. We also tried to compare the positivity and accuracy of 2-DUS and 3-DUS statistically which way was more better on the diagnosis and staging of tumour.Results 49 tumours were found from 37 patients who have had operations and pathological test.The smallest bladder tumour which could be found with Ultrasound was 0.5cm diameter,the largest was7.4cm. It happened more often on the neck , trigular region,left or right lateral wall. It showed there were local thickness of mucus and there were also higher density pillary mass intruding into the lumen of bladder. Besides this, 3-DUS is more clear to see the irregularity of tumour besides what we can see in 2-DUS,we can also see cubic morphology and the relation between the base of tumour and the bladder wall from different angles.It's also more clear for the peripheral tissue of larger tumour. In our case, the accuracy of 2-DUS and 3-DUS are 81.6% and 95.9% respectively.There are significant difference between these two ways(P<0.05). The accuracy of staging before operation is 80% and 89.4% respectively and there are not significant difference between them.(P>0.05).
