To Study The BFGF In Serum Of Patients With Traumatic Brain Injury And Fracture

Objective: The fracture healed faster in the patients of traumatic brain injury and fracture than in the patients without traumatic brain injury .the bone scab formed excessively ,even the malposition appeared ossify .A large number of tests in animals had indicated :the basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in serum increased obviously in the mice and the big white rabbits with traumatic brain injury and fracture .the fracture of the mice and the rabbits healed accelerative. But the reports about the examination of bFGF in patients TBI+F were few .The reports of the relation of the dose of bFGF in serum and the time of fracture healing were very few . Someone poured the serum of the patients with TBI+F into the animals ,the fracture of the animals healed accelerative .The subject for research was to study the relation of the dose of bFGF in serum and the time of fracture healing .Methods : To choose the age in 18—55 years and healthy patients at ordinary times, to divide the patients into four groups:20 cases in TBI+F group (traumatic brain injury and fracture);20 cases in TBI group (traumatic brain injury );20 cases in F group (fracture); 10 persons in N group (normal).In TBI group the degree of brain injury were essentially similar with the TBI+F group and in F group the fractures type and position were also similar with TBI+F group .To compare the TBI+F group with F group and TBI group separately .At the same time to choose the healthy check persons to contrast (N group) .The examination of bFGF in serum with ELISA methods .Then carry on statistics analysis .The scab appeared time (the x - ray) in TBI+F group and F group analyse with statistics also .
