| Objective: To investigate the relationship between the change of noradrenaline and adrenaline concentration in the rat brain with uremic encephalopathy and uremia. Methods: 36 Wister rats are divided into 2 groups by random: 12 in control group,24 in model group. The rats are intraperitoneal injected cis-diamminedichloroplatinum10mg / kg.d continuously for tow days resulting in acute renal failure .And then the model group rats are divided into uremia group and uremic encephalopathy group according to its clinical performance. To detect the noradrenaline and adrenaline concentration in the rat brain of the above-mentioned three groups by using high performance liquid chromatography . To detect the level of serum creatinine(Cr) by using the automatic bio-chemistry instrument. Results:The level of blood creatinine in uremia group is obviously higher than that in the normal control group. And the difference shows prominent meaning(p<0.01). The level of blood creatinine in uremic encephalopathy group is obviously higher than that in the normal control group. And the difference shows prominent meaning(p<0.01). The level of blood creatinine in uremic encephalopathy group is obviously higher than that in the uremia group. And the difference shows prominent meaning(p<0.01). The noradrenaline and adrenaline concentration in the rat brain in uremia group is higher than that in the normal control group. But the difference shows no statistical meaning(p>0.05). The noradrenaline and adrenaline concentration in the rat brain in uremic encephalopathy group is obviously higher than that in the nonnal control group. And the difference shows prominent meaning(p<0.01). The noradrenaline and adrenaline concentration in the rat brain in uremic encephalopathy group is obviously higher than that in the uremia group group. And the difference shows prominent meaning(p<0.01). The concent of two neurotransmitters in uremic encephalopathy group has no linear correlation with Scr. Conclusion: 1. The concent of noradrenaline and adrenaline in rat brain increases along with the state of uremia.2. The concent of noradrenaline and adrenaline in uremic encephalopathy group has no significant linear correlation with Scr.3.The change of noradrenaline and adrenaline concentration in the brain has relation with the uremic encephalopathy. |
