Compatible Regularity Study Of Angelica Benefiting Blood Decoction On The Antagonism Of CTX Toxico-adverse Reaction

Objective : To find out the best combined ratio of Astragalus and Angelica's protective effect on marrow and immune system from suppression induced by cytoxan, and to study the mechanism of the two herb's effect on merrow hematopoietic cell, through measuring the quantity of white blood cell and 1L-2 of serum with design by uniform distribution.Method : We devided 100 mice into 10 groups by randomization principle.They are individually the control group,the model group,classic formula group,Astragalus group,Angelica group,different compatible groups(5groups).From the first day of experiment,the control group and model group were given NS,the other groups were given the corresponding drugs through lavage everyday.The dosage of lavage is 0.4ml for every mouse.on the eighth day of experiment,model mouse were made.The model mouse which were injected with CTX100mg/kg in the abdominal cavity every other day.The dosage of injection is 0.5ml for every mouse.The injection was performed for 3 times totally.On the 15th day,all the mice were killed to get the experiment materials. The white blood cell was detected by automatic analysator of blood cell;The concentration of IL-2 was detected by automatic y-radioimmunity counter. Staining the thighbone marrow with Giemsa-Wright to count the karyocyte numbers of marrow under the immersion objective.The weight of spleen was measured with electronic analytical balance.Result : The result shows that all of the treating group can improve the depression of spirit and decrease of activities ,the lack of shinning of fur and reducement of diet and descent of weight ,whose wbc's quantity and marrow karyocyte numbers were increased, the quantity of serum IL-2 were improved and the spleen weight was increased,too.For the improvement of WBC level, the Astragalus and Angelica combined group at the ratio of 3:1 was the best one;for the improvement of IL-2 level,the combined group at the ration of 5:1 was the best one,which was dealed with stepwise regression. Conclusion : Combined Astragalus and Angelica possess the increasing effect on mice's marrow depression and immunosuppression induced by cytoxan. The best combined ratio between Astragalus and Angelica to improve the hematopoiesis is 3 to 1 ,to reinforce the immune function is 5 to 1.
