Evaluation For The Curative Effect On The Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis Through Thrombolytic Arteral Injection

Objective : Appraising the clinical curative effect on the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT)through thrombolytic arterial injection. Methods: 80 patients of LEDVT were treated with transarterial thrombolysis ,0.3 million IU of Urokinase were infused once a day for 5-10 days.In the other 46 cases,the same drugs were infused through the vein Result The clinic effect rate reached 87%(injection thrombolysis group) in the treatment group,and for the control group was 40%.The comparison of limb parameters before and after treatment was obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05).The time for the inflammation to subside of the treatment group was≤7 days ,showing a great disparity to the control group . Aterial injection thombolysis in treating deep renous thrombosis in treating deep renous thrombosis of the lower extremitries is a safe methods. With better prognosis and worthy to be recommended. Discussion: At present ,the main curative methods for deep venous throbosis are anticoagulation ,thrombolysis,or surgical operation .Anticoagulation and surgical operation can prevent thrombosis extension and pulmonary embolism(PE),but they could not prevent the following disfuncation of venous valve .Now it is thought that thrombolysis can prevent this kind of sever consequence .Urokinase can distribut equaly in blood when applied to the whole body.Because of the short half-life period for Urokinase,it is difficult to keep a high density in the objective vein.The large quantity of Urokinase and the long maintaining –time increase hemorrhage of the patients.Adopting the catheterization thrombolysis, Urokinase refluent to the deep vein through the capillary vessel net ,which makes the deep vein rolling in a high desity.Touching with thrombosis contiously,the effect of throbolysis will be better .For those thrombolysis case in this group, the treatment group is...
