High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) technology is a widely used separate method, with the character such as fast analysis speed, high separate capacity and detect sensitivity etc. In addition, HPLC method can detect samples in many fields without destroying them. Pharmic researchers gradually paid more attention on this method. Now, the HPLC method has been adopted and play a important role in drug detection. On the basis of detecting three representative drugs by HPLC method, we tried to establish the according drug content detection method in the different kinds and doses. 1. The content detection of Chloramphenicol(CP) and impurity diols in the Chloramphenicol Eye Drops. CP is different to diols in polarity, the retention time of diols is shorter. This thesis optimized and established the CP and diol detection method. With the HPLC method, their content change can be easily detected. That supply drug qualification analysis in production and deposit with simple and fast detection measure. The method also pointed out the ways on improvement of drug qualification control and analysis in pharmacopoeia. 2.The content detection of Miconazole Nitrate in Compound Miconazole Nitrate Ointment .
