The Clinical Study Of Treating Vulvovaginal Candidasis With The Decoction Of Bixie Shenshi And Miconazole Nitrate Vaginal Soft Capsule

Objective: to analyze the effect of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine on vulvovaginal candidiasis,and to treat vulvovaginal candidiasis by the decoction of Bixie Shenshi combined with miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule.In order to provide the basis for its clinical application and find a better treatment for the patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis of damp-heat injection type,the observation and study were carried out in order to provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods: 60 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis were treated with damp-heat injection according to the inclusion criteria.According to 1:1 principle,they were randomly divided into treatment group(the decoction of Bixie Shenshi and miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule group)and control group(miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule group).Take out a miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule,put the suppository as far as possible into the vaginal depth,Once a day,1 pill per day for 3 days,except for the menstrual period.on the basis of the control group,combined with the decoction of Bixie Shenshi,Take 14 consecutive days as a complete course of treatment,followed by a comprehensive evaluation of the treatment,The scores of VVC and TCM symptoms and the grade of leucorrhea cleanliness were calculated.After calculating the scores and statistical data,the curative effect was evaluated comprehensively.Results:(1)the decoction of Bixie Shenshi combined with miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule in treatment group and miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule in control group had significant clinical effect on vulvovaginal candidiasis of hygropyretic injection type(P<0.01),and only miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule in control group had significant therapeutic effect on vulvovaginal candidiasis(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and VVC scores in the two groups improved significantly(P<0.01).After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group significantly(P< 0.05).(3)from the perspective of the conversion rate of candida under the microscope,27 patients in the treatment group and 24 patients in the control group turned negative.The conversion rate of candida under the microscope in the treatment group was 90.00%,slightly higher than that in the control group(80.00%).There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the efficacy of candida under the microscope was similar.(4)according to the follow-up of recurrence rate after drug withdrawal,3 patients in the treatment group had recurrence,and 9 patients in the control group had recurrence.The recurrence rate of 10.71% in the treatment group was lower than that of 36.00% in the control group,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly improved(P<0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: the decoction of Bixie Shenshi combined with miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule can obviously improve the symptoms of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis caused by dampness-heat injection.The clinical curative effect is better than using miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule alone,and the decoction of Bixie Shenshi combined with miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule is safe and effective in the clinical application of this disease.It is worthy of further study and further popularization in clinical practice.
