Objective:To explore the possibility repair of common bile duct with laser-welding and glue after placing a degradable stent in it. It is expected to take advantage of their superiorities to provide a method of shortening operation time and enhancing post-operation effectiveness. Methods:A total of 45 local healthy hybrid dogs were in this experiment. A model of trauma of common bile duct was established in dogs and then the trauma was repaired .According the repairing method, the dogs were divided into three groups randomly:single suturing (group A),laser-welding (group B) and laser-welding + chemical glue (group C). Before repairing,a degradable sent was inserted into the common bile duct. Evaluating parameters include:⑴general state of operation and post-operation;⑵anastomosis time; ⑶ALT,ALP,GGT;⑷the anastomotic bursting pressure of common bile duct;⑸common bile duct diameter; ⑹pathology of common bile duct and liver; ⑺the appearance changes of stents; the electron microscopic changes of the stent surface and cross-section during degradation; molecular mass changes of PLA. Result:All of the dogs were survival. Two dogs in group B were dead of bile leakage. There were definitive statistical differences in anastomosis time and operative time between group A and group B,group C. Serum ALT,ALP,GGT reach a transient high level in the...
