Objective: To study the clinic effect of mini-invasive treatment of integrated Tranditional and Western Medicine for recrudescent common bile duct stone diseaseMethods: 382 patients with recrudescent common bile duct stones were treated from Mar 2000 to Mar 2005. All of them were underwent the examination and treatment of duodenoscopy at first.. Among the patients, sixty pations with Acute Suppurative Cholangitis were randomly selected to control group and treatment group, witch was taken Chinese herbal medicines . To observe the change of hepatic-function and the draining bile collected after endoscopic nasobilary drainaging . The pations who failed to be treated by Duodenoscopy were be treated by Laparoscopy Commom Bile Duct Exploration or open choledocholithotomy, the Chinese herbal medicines was taken around the operation. The post-operative results of the laparoscopic treatment group were observed and analyzed compared with the outcome of the control group.Result: 276 cases were successfully healed by Duodenoscopy Among 382, the success rate is 72.25%, the difference of the bile collectd on 3,5,7th day after operation between the treatement and control group was significant. The lever TBIL , ALT , ALP was significant different on 3,7th day between the two groups, the success rate of LCBDE is 92.7%, and the patients were pain less and recovery faster. So, the postoperative hospitalization period was much shorter than open choledocholithotomy.Conclusion: This serial scheme utilizes the advantages of techniques of digestive endoscopies and laparoscopy and shows fully the characteristics of mini-invasive surgical means.
