Relative Study Between Differentiation Of Cases By Traditional Chinese Medicine And Lab's Indexes Of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Objective: To observe the relationship between three aspects which include bloodplatelet count, gigantic nucleus cell count and morphologic classify, platelet interfix antibody and differentiation of cases by Tcm of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Based on the study above to realize objectivity and standardization of differentiation of cases by Tcm of ITP, and at the same time hope to provide some thought to extend the load about objectivity of Tcm"s diagnose.Methods: To observe 120 ITP cases which involve blood heat and absurd, deficiencyand going outway of Qi, deficiency of Yin and flourishing of fire and ecchymosis block blood vessels and 30 normal comparison cases. In order to exame the indexes ,we take out 8ml elbow vein blood at early morning before eating breakfast. Getting the index of blood platelet count. we use Bayer ADIVA—120 auto-blood cell count instrument. The index of platelet interfix antibody is mensurated by the test of ELISA. In order to measure gigantic nucleus cell count and morphologic classify, we first take out fit quantity marrow liquid, then use Wright dye fluid to dye the marrow liquid, and at last we could observe gigantic nucleus cell count and morphologic classify by Olympus CX200 optic microscope.Results: The results of this study show that three aspects which include blood plateletcount, gigantic nucleus cell count and morphologic classify, platelet interfix antibody exist definite differences in ITP cases involve blood heat and absurd, deficiency and going outway of Qi, deficiency of Yin and flourishing of fire and ecchymosis block blood vessels and normal persons.
