| Objective: This research studied the clinical curative effect of scalp penetration acupuncture combined with twelve Jing points bleeding on SHS. The active function of upper limbs and joints, pain and life quality BI were regarded as indexes, and they were respectively compared in the two groups before and after treatment.Methods: 80 cases with shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) were randomly divided into a scalp penetration acupuncture group and a traditional acupuncture group, 40 cases in each group.Results: The total effective rate was 92.5% in the scalp penetration group and 67.5% in the traditional acupuncture group with a significant difference between the two group (P<0.01). The curative effect of SHS had correlation with the clinical periods. The curative effect of SHS in period was superior to that in II period (P<0.01), and that in II period was superior to that in III period (P<0.05). The scalp penetration acupuncture combined with twelve Jing points was able to improve the active function of upper limbs (P<0.01), and it was superior to the traditional acupuncture, especial to the patients in I and II periods. After treatment, the mobility of shoulder and finger joints in treatment group was remarkably improved, especially in adduction, abduction and intorsion of shoulder joints. There was an obvious difference in the two groups.Conclusion: The scalp penetration acupuncture combined with twelve Jing points bleeding had a significant effect on treating SHS. This method was able to accelerate the blood fluxion and improve the symptoms. |
