Objective: To improve the therapeutic effect of the treatment ofshoulder-hand syndrome (SHS).Methods: This research is to randomly and equally divide the68patientswith SHS into treatment group and the control group. Beside the equal basictreatment of health education, the treatment group received combinedtreatment of pricking blood in jing-points, hot compress with Chinese medicineand rehabilitation training, and control group with routine acupuncturetherapy and rehabilitation training. Then the effect is assessed with VAS,Fugl-meger, Barthel, and swelling degree of wrists and hands. The clinicalstatistics is analyzed with spss16.0software for means±SD and measurementdata is analyzed with T-test, count data with chi-square test, rank data withrank sum test, the difference is significant when p<0.05.Results:1. The results of analyzing the scores of VAS in two groups suggest thedifference is respectively significant(P<0.05) after treatment, and it isalso significant(P<0.05) between two groups in the aspect of posterior totreatment, which indicates that the two method both could relieve the painof patients and the method of treatment group is better.2.The results of analyzing the scores of Fugl-meger in two groups suggestthe difference is respectively significant(P<0.05) after treatment, andit is also significant(P<0.05) between two groups in the aspect of posteriorto treatment, which suggests that the two method both could improve thefunction of upper limbs and the method of treatment group is better.3. The results of analyzing the scores of Barthel in two groups suggest the difference is respectively significant(P<0.05) after treatment, whilethe scores of the two groups in between is not statistically significant(P>0.05),which indicates that both of the two methods can improve the ADLof patients.4. The scores of swelling degree of wrists and hands in two groups suggeststhat the difference respectively is significant after treatment(P<0.05),and it was also significant between two groups in the aspect of posterior totreatment(P<0.05), which means that the two method both could improveswelling degree of wrists and hands and the method of treatment group isbetter.5. The result of analyzing the scores of the general clinical effect intwo groups suggest the difference is significant(P<0.05),the effect rateof treatment group is larger, which implies that the two method both couldrelieve the pain of patients and the method of treatment group is better.Conclusion:1. The combined treatment of blood-pricking in jing-points, hot compresswith Chinese medicine and rehabilitation training, and that of routineacupuncture therapy and rehabilitation training both could relieve thesyndromes of RSD, and the previous one is better.2. The clinical effect of the combined treatment of blood-pricking injing-points, hot compress with Chinese medicine and rehabilitation trainingis significant enough to popularize clinically.
