Fish oils ,a rich source of two ω-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA),may decrease both hepatic cholesterol and triglyceride , restrain platelet coagulation , diminish cardiovascular events in high-risk subjects, enhance intellectual development in children and make great importance in visual neural systems,etc.The fishoil on market in our country is almost by liquid preparation , which is fishiness, it will make people nausea after take it.So ,we want to solidify the liquid fishoil to meet with the market.The experiment is main surround two aspect as follows: 1. Prepare the fishoil microcapsules(1) Fumble for the method to prepare the fishoil microcapsulesThe fishoil microcapsules were prepared by dropping the emulsion which was mix the fishoil with sodium Alginate into CaC12 condensate. The fishoil microcapsules is made after solidify, full and desiccation the waterish pallet.(2) Stability experiment of the fishoil microcapsulesThe content of the fishoil was determined by Agilent 6890N and FID. Theanalysis is performed on a HP—5 column(30m X 0.32mm X 0.25um) .Thetemperatures of sample vem\ column and FID were 260°C n 230°Cand 280°C respectively. The content of the fishoil microcapsules were examined on the 5day and 10th day with 60°C x light and 75% humidity condition. Compare thestability with the soft- capsule on sale. The result is showed that the fishoil microcapsules is stable as well as the soft- capsule on sale in the three conditions.(3) Filtrate the antioxidant of the fishoil microcapsules.Emphasize compare three lipid antioxidant in common use :\^ TBHQ,BHA.The result is showed that: TBHQ is antioxidant better than BHA and vitamin E to fishoil microcapsules.2n Pharmacokinetics study in rat plasmaDevelop a capillary gas chromatographic method for the determinationand pharmacokinetics study in rat plasma ; develop a method to distill and esterify the fatty acids in plasma. Study the pharmacokinetics of EPA and DHA in rat plasma after take orally the fishoil microcapsules and liquid fishoil—PEG 400 mixed solution. The result showed that the fishoil microcapsules can be absorbed well in rat; and the bioavailability of them are equivalent.
