Objective To investigate the wound healing effects of woundabrasion in early stage on deep partial thickness burns in porcine and illustrate the potential mechnism ,so as to put on theoretical evidence for the clinical application.Methods Thirty two round deep partial thickness burns wounds(2.0cm in diameter) were made by Temperature-presure Controlled Electric Burning Equipment in 7 male pigs and random divided into woundabrasion, tangensile,SD-Ag groups and no-treat groups.There were 8 wound in each group,whom were treated with woundabrasion, tangensile and SD-Ag at 3 hours postburn respectively.Through regular biopsy on the 12~th hour, l~st,2~nd,3~rd,5~th, 7~th, 10~th postburn days (PBD), every porcine correspond a PBD.Biopsy in every PBD and observe the distribution change of PMN by haematoxylin(HE) staining. Transmission electromicrocope(TEM) observe the number and super-microstructure chang of poly morphonuslear leukocyte and collagenous fiber.Results (1)HE staining shows that groups A ppear two PMN's assemble band in the superficial and deep layer of the dermal reticulated layer at 12~th hour and3rd postburn days,the deeper PMN's assemble band is the line of demarcation of necrois tissue and health tissue.The groups of Bn C\ D appear it at 2nd and 5l postburn days, PMN's assemble band of group A is distincter than other groups.The inflammatory response of group A appear obviously early than other groups at the same time,disappear is earlier than other, the inflammatory response of group D daippear is the latest.? TEM show the PMN of A group appear early and densly,the ratio of NE and AP obviously lower than B^ C and D groups(P< 0.05), the number of apoptosis poly morphonuslear leukocyte is obviously increase.@The volume of poly morphonuslear leukocyte is 1/3 of the normal cell,immunicate cell is obviously decrease,poisoned grain in cell,celluar nucleus is malformation,hollow and abnormal stainable feature in celluar nucleus.? Collagenous fiber of group A appear earlier and maturer than other groups at the same time.Conclusion ?The different treatmental methords in the deep partial thickness burns wound have effection to distribution and time of poly morphonuslear leukocyte, the double PMN's assemble band of group A appear and disappear is earlier; (2) The inflammatory response of woundabrasion group appear obviously early than other groups at the same time,disappear is earlier than other; (3) The PMN of A group appear early and densly,the ratio of NE and AP obviously lower than B>C and D groups, the number of apoptosis poly morphonuslear leukocyte is obviously increase, the release of toxin by necrotic PMN down to the lowest line; (D The deep partial thickness burns wound could suffered progressive injury in early stage, woundabrasion could alleviated the progressive injury to the deep partial thickness burns wound; (§) Woundabrasion could obviously improve the distributed and disserentiationof collagenous fiber, reepithelization of the burnwound could be accelerated and the quality of the skin could be improved.(g)SD-Ag have obviously poison function to tissue.
