| With the rapid development of computer technology, digital proceed technology of images is applied widely, and it is strengthened increasingly that the functions of capturing storing displaying transporting and managing digital image of computer. Medical image system is such kind of system that taking digital computer technic and networking technic into healthcare department and converting medical video and image to digital data that computer system knows. The goal of the digital system is to taking replace of the analog medical video and image system now being there in hospitals. We will resolve five problems: the capturing and digitizing of medical image storing and managing of picture rapid transporting of digital medical image digital proceeding and recuring of image integrate image information and other information.Electronic endoscope medical image system is a kind of production that combining organically multimedia computer digital image proceed technic and electronic endoscope applied in medicine, and it is an important constitute part of medical image system, and it can communicate with HIS(Hospital Information System). Traditionally, the endoscope video and image take the form of analog signal. As we know, it is hard to capturing, displaying, storing, proceeding and transporting through the net of analog signal. Here, the paper will tell how to make use of digitizing technique and computer technique with endoscope video and image, so that we would break through the limit of process, expression, transmitting and store traditional analog signal in the endoscope video. The paper mainly include: Choosing a suitable video capturing card firstly, make PC the video capturing console, input analog video signal form the monitor output port of medical electronic endoscope, and then, by the card, the system capture the analog video signal into digital data, at the same time, display the digital image on the computer screen.We can not only store the doctor-wanted video frame data of the real-time captured endoscope video image into static bitmap format, but also capture dynamic image and realize compression and replay. System was developed from simple PC to LAN, and we realized share of medical information resource. In the future, hospital will be information area, digital area, network area, therefore it is necessary to realize resource share. If condition is allowed, we connect LAN and PACS and HIS, and read information of patient from HIS.Finally, we developed a set of electronic endoscope medical image system combined the Digest Endoscope Department of Heilongjiang Province Hospital based on the rule of practicability. This dissertation not only analyzed content mentioned above, but also lucubrated involved technic and introduced the designing method, function and structure in detail. At the end of the thesis the forecast of our work and prospect of digital imaging systems are dealt with. |
