The Study On TCM Differentia Quantitative Diagnosis Of Chronic HBV And Herb Characteristics

Object: To establish macroscopically diagnostic pattern of chronic HBV of syndrome differentiation, to study effectively formulas and analysis herb characteristics. Method:1. The dissertation used literature investigation.2. The literature search included computer and manual search. We collected 618 cases from the periodicals in 10 years and part of monographic series writing by renowned doctors.3. Pretreatment data: we normally described syndromes, symptoms, physical signs, and herbs.4. Computer processed data and established database.5. The methods of data processing included frequency analysis, logistic regression analysis, frequent item set and analysis of the association rule.· Age and sex of patient was analyzed by frequency analysis;· We used frequency to analyze syndrome types and probed into frequently syndrome types;· Symptoms and physical signs were analyzed as follow: firstly, symptoms and physical signs were analyzed by frequency analysis; secondly, regression analysis model was used for analysis of symptoms and physical signs of every syndrome type;finally, returning original material to regression equations were checked by logistic regression model.· Frequency analysis also was used to analyze herb . we analyzed virtue, distributing, nature and taste, meridian distribution of herbs; then we used frequent item set and analysis of the association rule to analyze herb combination, and discuss herb rule of compatibilityof medicine.Result: we got 9 essential syndrome types. We established logistic regression equations of every syndrome type. Corrected rate of every syndrome type accounted for more than 80. 0%. We got nature and taste, meridian distribution of herbs, frequent herbs and composition of herbs. Conclusion:1. The essential syndrome types of chronic HBV were: liver depression and spleen asthenia, internal accumulation of damp-heat, consumption of liver and kidney yin, qi stagnation and blood stasis, disharmony between liver and stomach, asthenia of spleen and kidney yang, stagnation virulent damp-heat, blood stasis obstructing collaterals.2. Diagnosis model of Non-conditional Logistic Regression was feasible in analyzing and forecasting chronic HBV.3. The tastes of Chinese herbal medicine for chronic HBV were bitter flavor, sweet, acid. Medicinal properties mainly were cold, warm, and mild. Meridian distribution of drugs mainly is liver channel.4. Rambling powder could be regard as a basal formula to cure chronic HBV.5. Characteristics of compatibility of herbs: Pay attention to strengthening healthy qi and eliminate pathogenic factors; regulate liver, spleen and kidney; harmonize qi and blood.
