Expression Of Tumorous Necrosis Factor-alpha In Several Models Of Salmonella Typhimurium Infected Mice

Objective: to research the expression of TNF-alpha in salmonellatyphoid infected mice by peritoneal injection of hydrocortisone or taking oral streptomycin.Method: intervention to mice is peritoneal injection of hydrocortisoneand oral Salmonella Typhimurium, taking oral streptomycin and oralSalmonella Typhimurium, taking oral Salmonella Typhimurium or brine. Expression of TNF-alpha is determined by immunohischemistry combined with situ quantitative analysis.Result: the productions of TNF-alpha on intestines are different in the three infectious groups, P<0.05.Conclusion: oral streptomycin or peritoneal injection of hydrocortisonehas effects on expression s of TNF-alpha on intestines of Salmonella Typhimurium infected mice.
