| Higher quality of medical service has been asked for since reform and opening the door in our country. Technological staffs with advanced medical technology have been chosen principally by more and more patients when they fall ill. In order to increase profit and enhance technique, small basic hospitals and private medical organizations which have increased recently would like to engaged these staffs one after another in working for them. But it maybe damage to every side's benefit under unperfected managing measures to the part-time practice.Through the survey and analysis of the technological staffs in some public hospitals in Chengdu and Jinan, we found they were more likely to choose part-time practice and they aimed at not only increasing income but also certifying their own worth, and those staffs who were younger and had higher capital were at first chosen for part-time hospital, while they were elites in their own hospital. In order to make full use of the exiguous resources and to avoid the adverse effect of the part-time job, we should adjust the policy and constitute some measurements to improve the occasion.We also found behavior of the part-time job should be analyzed deeply in the social view and be researched more according to economic and administrant theory. |
